Chair Andy Gaule Chair@ebusinessgroup.org

Andrew Gaule is also the founder of the H-I Network and leader of the network for Innovation and Strategic Growth. The H-I Network helps enterprises generate, validate and develop new ventures in established organisations. Andrew facilitates a CV Senior Executive Forum which includes BT, BOC, Philips, Shell, Unilever etc.

Andrew has contributed to a number of reports and articles on Winning Ideas for Strategic Innovation, Rewarding Entrepreneurial Talent and Innovation Performance Measurement and is a frequent conference speaker.

Prior to joining Corven, Andrew was the entrepreneurial founder of Henley-Incubator and has been a senior executive in an IT services company and a business change and project manager. He was previously an international SAP project manager and commercial manager with Unilever where he managed major divisional reorganisations and IT projects.

Andrew has an Economics degree from St John’s College, Cambridge, is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant and gained his MBA at Henley Management College.

Secretary Grenville Lannon secretary@ebusinessgroup.org 

Grenville Lannon graduated with an MBA from Henley Management College in 1997 and is currently a director of Iniom, who specialise in working with medium and large organisations to transform their purchasing operations, and particularly how best they can exploit IT solutions to speed that transformation.

Originally a photographic technology graduate, Grenville began his career in Research and Manufacturing with Kodak, before leading a Europe wide SAP implementation for Calgon Carbon. Rejoining Kodak, Grenville spent nearly 5 years in New York as head of IT for Kodak’s purchasing and supply chain operations worldwide. On return to the UK, he was director of European applications for Geac, before leading the start up of Iniom, and taking his current position. He is also a member of the Chartered Management Institute and of the Strategic Planning Society.

Treasurer Neil Tytler treasurer@ebusinessgroup.org
Neil Tytler holds an MBA from Henley Management College, a DMS from Thames Valley College, and a first degree in Applied Chemistry from Hatfield Polytechnic. He is a Chartered Chemist and has worked in the environment business sector for over 30 years.

His interest in, and involvement, with the eBusiness Group stems from the fact that his MBA dissertation was based on a strategic analysis and review of the group leading to the development of a future strategy for the following five years.

Neil has been a senior manager for most of his career latterly in consulting and his particular strengths lie in strategic appraisal, business development, financial management, and corporate environmental responsibility.

John Palmer MA C.Dir, Managing Director of exec4, has over 25 years experience in IT project management, including the design, development and implementation of business applications and process solutions for Pearson Longman, Avis Rent-A-Car, Pioneer Concrete Group, Bertelsmann AG, Perry Group Plc, and two privately owned SME's.

John's Masters degree in Company Direction (1997) focused on IT strategy, with the application of the Internet being identified as providing significant business and process e-engineering opportunities. Subsequently, he founded e-exec (now trading as exec4), offering specialist IT and Management Consultancy services to SME's including Internet, Web, E-Commerce and IT Management Solutions.

Having monitored the development of the Internet since 1994, John and his associates now facilitate and deliver a wide range of innovative and practical solutions to develop an IT strategy that can satisfy your business goals.

John's pioneering achievements continue - one of the first four Chartered Director's in the world (Feb 2000); appointed as a member of the IoD's Professional Review Board (May 2000); and acting as Consultant to the ground-breaking Internet insurance product insuranc-e, the Insurance Industry's "Innovation of the Year" (Dec 2000). Johann Diaz finished his MBA at Henley Management College in November 1999 and set-up MBAMatch.com, an on-line recruitment intermediary for MBAs, following the difficulties experienced by many of his colleagues in finding their next career move.

 

Johann’s previous career has seen him take on many different organisational roles. Originally Customer Services Manager and then, International Operations Director for one of Securicor’s mobile communications businesses, he has focussed in on customer care and operations as his main strengths.

Founder and Committee Member Alan Cooper alan@ebusinessgroup.org

In 1994 Alan Cooper obtained an MBA and a Diploma in Marketing from the Henley Management College. He is a co-founder and co-organiser of the eBusiness Group.

 

Alan is also a Principal and Strategic Business Analyst at Managing Change.
The company specialises in strategic business analysis, market led feasibility studies, business development and business process improvement. Awards include one from Glaxo/Wellcome for designing a new NHS emergency response unit called HantsDOC. He is currently active in assisting local government with business improvement, transformation and partnership projects.

 

Alan's research focus is in Strategic Interactive Marketing - a process
whereby companies can develop one to one marketing and mass customisation
by using the new interactive mediums like the internet, interactive TV,
mobile and knowledge centres.

Founder and Committee Member Adé Bamigboye ade@ebusinessgroup.org

Adé Bamigboye obtained an MBA from Henley in 1995 and co-founded the Alumni eCommerce Group in May 1996 whilst working as a technology consultant for NeXT Software, an early pioneer in interactive web applications. He chaired the eBusinessss Group until early 2001 when he took up a consulting assignment in France.

Prior to this he was a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting Group where he focused on helping clients to assess, adopt and implement new/emerging Information technology. His career has been has been based on assessing and deploying new and emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Expert Systems, Component Based Development and eBusiness applications.

Following a period as an independent technology consultant, Ade became a founder Director and CTO of United Clearing, a provider of Financial Clearing and 
Settlement services to Mobile Operators.
